BRIEF RESUME ON WHAT ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING IS:
Electrostatic power coating is a modern way of painting metalic parts and pieces mainly
with
metal thicknesses up to around 5-8 m/m, and consists of an applicator powder spray gun
like the
one you are seeing in the photo REF: our MOD SENIOR. Long gone are those days when
metals had to be painted with sprayed liquid-solvent paints. Solvents are banned these
days
everywhere. The powdered particles adhere to de metal surface because they get converted
into
millons of little magnets due to the action of the electrostatic gun or aplicator. Then
the coated
part gets baked in an oven where the dust melts and bonds rightly into the metal surface.
Users
will need a standard air compressor, powdered paint, a simple spray booth, and means to
rinse
the metal surface from impurities such as dust, and grease and will also require an oven
that will
render up to some 200º centigrades. Depending on paint volume , user may requiere some
aditional extra accesories, such as a more complex spray booth, oven, and pre-paint
treatment
area.

extreamely easy to

Construccion or purchase of rest of accesories is not necesarily expensive as we provide
free of cost, together with the purchase of one of our SENIOR aplicator plans
and blue prints of ovens and boths
to the customer so that he can build his oven and booth himself.

DESCRIPTION of our electrostatic powder coating applicator SENIOR model. This
equipment
has high coating capacity. The amount of powder to be used can be regulated . Cabinet and
paint
deposit is manufactured in aluminium. Paint deposit will take up to 8 kilos of powdered
paint.
Enough to paint up to 80 or more square mts. Size is 150x150x 400 m/m. Can switch paint
vacumm absortion hose direct to original paint packing. Paint canister easy to clean and
handle
as it only sits in steel chaft. Electronics is simple, long lasting , and reliable. No
micro chips. No
erased electronics parts. Gun high voltage generator lies within the gun and this receives
only 12
volts. Includes pressure regulator, with automatic filter and humity-liquids eliminator.
Includes
manual . Includes bag with some usual to use spares such as power transistor, gun tips,
rubber
washer, extra pistol cable plug , base (socket) gun relay , etc... Includes free with the
purchase of our SENIOR mod a booklet that includes plans for a simple spray booth,
and a
simple 4.5 cubic metre oven with shematics for burner design etc. also with the purchase
comes
free; the design and plans for a standard spray booth with a 3HP ciclone and a 5 bag
filter plus
a complete course in powder coating. Also buyers will have access to plans for a complete
powder coating painting plant in autocad file , plus plans for building a two stationary
chamber
with exterior shifting oven structure also in autocad file and a stationary 6 cubic/mt
standard gas
oven also in autocad file. This access is free with the purchase of our SENIOR mod
painting
